The Angeles Crest Creamery property is a private inholding in the Angeles National Forest. Prior to the establishment of the Forest, the property was deeded under the Homestead act. Cattle ranching was common in the area at the time and some of the original 19th century structures are still on the property.
Really charming and stylish cabin. We fell in love with the adorable farm dogs and goats -- a highlight was the morning goat walk. I'd never experienced anything like that and had such a great time. I wish we would have booked an extra day! Will be back.
We had an amazing time at Angeles Crest Creamery! The property is gorgeous, the Airstream is cozy and well-equipped, and Gloria is a wonderful host. We loved visiting with all of the adorable animals and exploring around. Definitely purchase the goat carnitas and cajeta if you can!
We had a great 2 night stay at Angeles Crest Creamery. Christian and Gloria are great hosts, and supplied us with fresh ground coffee and our goat meat taco kit, which was phenomenal.
Waking up to the clomping of goat hoofs, and being greeted by the Great Pyrenees that watch the herd, was definitely a highlight.
The cabin is clean, warm and has all the amenities you would need to cook (bring your own cooking oil!)
The grounds feel safe, and we enjoyed walking around at night and stargazing, but bring your own flashlight!
Overall, it's a great way to escape and unwind for the weekend.
We absolutely loved the place. It's beautiful, quiet and the amenities are awesome. Would love to come back during spring time.
