To the west is Maluka Park - runner up Hipcamp 2022 and finalist 2023 in Australia. To the east is Yabba Ridge with an abundance of unique animals you can see across the paddock from Yabba Creek Farm. These campsites are really hidden gems. Be sure to book early as we are gaining popularity with limited bookings available. Camps are spaced out along a manicured 300m creek frontage. There is a total of 1km creek frontage on Yabba Creek Farm for your to explore. Attractions include kayaking - provided and are free to use, hiking in adjacent Imbil state forest and wildlife watching. Platypus are frequently sighted in the Yabba creek. Lungfish can also be viewed while kayaking or snorkelling. Koalas, wallabies, gonnas and an abundance of bird life are also commonly sighted. Dogs are welcome on very strict conditions as we have farm animals including, chickens, horses and a turkey, so must remain secure on a leash at all times. Dogs with hunting or chasing nature are not welcome for the safety of our animals and wildlife. Porta toilet available. BYO if you wish to camp further away from main area. Second hire toilet during peak season. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Weekends and holidays we provide farm experiences for the kids with feeding and petting with ponies and pony ride for the little kids, chickens and turkey. Joyful Valley is a rural bush property with level grass areas surrounded by trees. Easy access to major roads, shops, tourist area’s and beaches. There are water billabongs and a creek with tiny fish, lotus flowers. Kangaroos,, goannas, horses, lots of butterflies and bird life to see. Bee hives and horses are onsite. This is a super convenient location. The Bruce Highway is opposite where the property then stretches far back. Enjoy bush camping and being able to stretch out with space but with all your conveniences so close by, 3minute drive to the uni and shops. The beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast are within a very easy reach along with Aussie World and Australia Zoo. A new bike path now links you directly with Aussie World and Banana Benders Pub. Cost is for 1 vehicle and up to 4 people per site, for more vehicles and guests please add this on in the extras section - or contact host, - or booking another site and we’ll join you at one. Campers will need to be self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Sorry, we strictly cannot allow pets.

Mountain MiniMoos 4WD Bushcamp is located 15 minutes from Maleny in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It features 3 private sites in a spectacular bush setting (and more are coming!). We welcome small groups and their pets and cater to couples and small groups looking for a secluded weekend away. There is a two night minimum. A MINIMUM OF AWD VEHICLE IS NEEDED JUST TO GET ONTO THE PROPERTY. THERE IS NO WHERE TO PARK VEHICLES THAT CANNOT REACH THE SITE. Please take the track descriptions seriously. We're not embellishing just to discourage inexperienced 4WDers. These are NO JOKE. Gumtree Summit and The Gun Range are up a steep and rocky track that require techincal driving skills and a capable vehicle. These sites are very difficult to access in wet weather. You need to know what you are doing. When booking, ensure you reach each site description thoroughly and send us a message answering the vehicle capability questions prior to requesting a booking. Fuzzy miniature galloway cattle freely roam the property here. If you are not camping at the Summit sites, where they don't tend to go, you may see us driving around in our side-by-side given them lots of treats and cuddles. Other than that, our hope is that you don't see anyone but the local wildlife.

Hopevale Adventure Camping

The Cooke Family welcomes you to “Hopevale”. A beautiful 113 acre property bordered by Wrattens National Park at the edge of the world in the peaceful Widgee district of greater Gympie. Jason, a landscaper by trade, and Jacinta a teacher by profession, met many years ago at a national Christian youth conference. Four beautiful children later and many years down the track, they bought Hopevale as a blank cattle fattening property in 2018. After much hard work, they have made it what it is today, with plans to continually improve. We have different camp options available, one of which is set up for those guests also wanting to stay with horses or just have a larger group booking. Guests will have access to a toilet and shower throughout their stay which is within walking distance from each of the campsites. Campfires and pets are welcome. The property has only had 4 farming owners in its 110 odd years since it was first surveyed and selected in 1915. The Hillcoats, Bishops, Cotters, and now the Cooke’s. The families over the years have used the property for timber getting, dairy, beef and small cropping. The property is geologically rich with volcanic soils, sandstone escarpments full of caves and overhangs. The mighty Wrattens Falls sits to the back of the property in the National Park and is a sight to behold in full flow. It feeds the head waters of the western branch of Widgee Creek which meanders through the property. The subtropical dry rainforest clad mountains are dominated by the majestic Bunya and Hoop pines and are a testament to what once was covering the entire property before being cleared for farming. Remnant riparian creek lines are botanically rich and diverse holding Red and White Cedar, Teak, Silky oak and many other coveted timber trees harvested back in the day. There are many species of animals and birds that call Hopevale home. From water dragons, frogs and fish in the creeks, monitors, wallabies, deer, koalas, possums and phascogales in the eucalypts. Red-back wrens, pardalotes, rainbow bee-eaters, finches and quail call the open grasses home while whip birds give their iconic call in the forest. Above, birds of prey ride the thermals of the valley looking for their next meal. “We have been blessed beyond measure with a small slice of God’s wonderful creation that we would love to share with you.”

River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants! Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site. (unless fire bans are in place ) fire wood available 20kg = $20 (cash only sorry due to a few nonpayers) Pets are welcome but we must respect our Neighbours with horses and other campers so must be friendly retrained at all times. Please remember pick up after your fury friends as we have other guests here we have 3 - 4 sites right on the river and another 3 - 4 sites in our paddock with a section allowing our paddock guests to have access to the river to do all activities All waste to be taken away when you leave.

'The Three Mile Creek' Camping

Welcome to the 'Three Mile Creek' a cattle and donkey farm. Our property is located in the beautiful Glastonbury area, which is between Gympie and Widgee. Only 9kms to local Woolworths, Fuel Station, Chemist, Pub and Bottleo. The 'Three Mile Creek' winds its way through the property, providing beautiful shady camping areas and nice water holes to cool down on a hot day. Camping areas are secluded from the main road. Sites are along the creek, out in the open paddocks, or amongst the tall stands of bamboo. All with easy access for 4WD/Campers/Caravans. We have three large dams for swimming and kayaking (kayaks provided onsite). All sites have fire pits with no shortage of firewood, fires must be contained and supervised at all times. Some sites have picnic tables. Guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and camp rubbish with them on departure. Perfect place to just relax or use as a base to do day trips to explore our beautiful region and what it has to offer. Pets are most welcome, but must be supervised and on leash at night, and if livestock are around.

Cedarton Farm Stays

Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle. Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm. Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast. We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily. If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours. Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well. Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants. Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook. We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny. Fantastic restaurants in Montville. We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival. We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time. How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire. 4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks. Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Our new sunset BBQ area is almost finished, where you’ll be able to make delicious meals. Heart and Soul will not disappoint - a lot of time, thought and love has gone into creating your dream getaway. No pets please.
