The Sunrise and Sunset sites are located on a large mown area near the farmstead. They have access to 240v power and tap water. Each site can accommodate up to 8 people. The Moon Shadow is located just beyond the tree line on the perimeter of a large undulating paddock with creeks. It is close to the Bania National Park.
Attractions within 20 minutes’ drive include: the historic mining town of Mt Perry (museum, pub, shop and old picture house converted to a restaurant), the Mt Perry Summit Walk (highest peak between Brisbane and Rockhampton), the Boolboonda Tunnel (longest unsupported rock tunnel in the Southern Hemisphere), the Bania National Park (swimming holes), the National Trail, the Wolca Reserve Mountain Bike Riding Track, the Mt Perry Copper Mine and local fossicking/panning.
Campfires are permitted except when fire bans are in force. Firewood is available.
