Bushwalk on the property or Rock climb at nearby Morialta falls / hike Cleland / Mt Lofty or use the Grove as a base to expore the nearby Heysen trail , the many bakeries , eateries , wineries, breweries and distilleries nearby . New Driveway is completed.... In 2019 I was sitting in my Alfresco Area feeling that the beauty offered in front of my property should be shared to people I thought might appreciate a different aspect to Coober. Since that time I have probably had 600+ guests enjoy what Coober Pedy Views has to offer. Whilst it remains a rustic type setting, with campers needing to be SELF SUFFICIENT (NO PUBLIC AMMENITIES AVAILABLE) I can offer Power (subject to availability) to 6/8 sites. Digging anywhere on the property is forbidden, there are no Opals on CPVs evident when the 3 large garages were dug. Digging softens the ground making it dangerous for avalanches on the embankments and walls especially after rain that creates washouts as you can see on the front embankments and the ugliness makes me sad to see. Our Public Noodling Area is the only place in Coober safe to dig freely. Bookings can be made via Hipcamp.com and more information via WikiCamp.com

Beltana is important as it is the home of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, was influential in the establishment of the Overland Telegraph and was important is the states early settlement. Beltana has survived in spite of the challenges and has an excellent walking trail detailing this history for visitors. There is capacity to have a fire in a communal fire pit, but please bring your own wood. Dogs on leashes welcome. This campsite offers a safe and comfortable place for campers who are travelling through on their holiday and need somewhere to stop overnight, but two nights is recommended to give you a chance to visit this historic town. The town is significant is South Australian history and there is interpretative signage that provides the visitor with an informative trail. Whilst with us visit the new Nilpena Ediacara National Park. We have the closest camping facilities.

We are a Poll Merino sheep stud and a wheat/barley cropping farm at Emu Downs in the Mid North of SA. We have resurrected this character old workers quarters which we've turned into a rustic, peaceful abode for you to enjoy. Sleeps four (double bed, single bed and old miners couch,). Bring your own bedding. There is a flushing external toilet and a bush shower (ie: a shower bag, provided). The room with the open fire can be utilised as a kitchen/living area. We've provided crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettles and a camp oven. There is running cold rainwater into the sink. Cooking can be done on the open fire, or use the small camp gas cookers. There is also a gas BBQ with side burner in the open end room. If you are really brave, try your hand at camp oven cooking in the campfire. There is no power, only lighting provided from a small solar panel/battery. Extra guests welcome in tents, swags or vans adjacent to the cottage. To ensure only one group of campers at a time, THE COTTAGE HAS TO BE BOOKED FIRST, then book the extra campers through the additional campsites listing. Talk to me about your needs. Campfires welcome when not in fireban season. You are welcome to bring your own FIREWOOD, or I can supply for $25 a wheelbarrow load. BOOK THIS AS AN EXTRA. Campsites are located on level grassy area. Flushing toilets, fire pit and firewood available. Perfect for a romantic getaway or for small and larger groups. Please note that our property has work dogs who live nearby and love to visit guests. When you arrive there is a map located on the right hand side of the driveway entrance with the sites marked. You are welcome to find your site get comfortable. We will welcome you at some stage! Please contact us if you'd like to book for more guests than listed and we will do our best to accommodate. Campground has shared facilities and respect of each other and the land is critical. We are a leave no trace site, which means everything you bring in you must take with you, which includes rubbish and broken things. The bins at the entrance are for residents only and as they are only collected fortnightly cannot cater for more than those who live here. Firewood can be brought in by you or we will provide wood for $30/night per site. Powered and unpowered sites have use of bathroom facility. Waggon Flat campers do not have access to facilities. Limited Telstra ph service and no wifi. Check in from time from 1.00pm. Check out is strictly 10.30 unless pre organised with management. Close to anything you would like to do in this fantastic part of the state of South Australia. From fishing to surfing to long walks on the Heysen Trail or wine tasting and whale watching, there is everything here you would ever want to do. Rates include access to farm animals. Sheep, cows, chooks, ducks, goats, alpaca - all are very hungry and looking for pats! Sorry we don't allow pets. Campfires permitting (depending on local fire restrictions). We are not far from The Blue Lake, The little blue is also close by, and is perfect for swimming in summer. The Umpherston Caves is literally just down the road, and is wonderful for a picnic, or on dusk feeding the possums. Sites are approx 20m x 20m, lined with trees, perfect for pitching a tent, parking a van, camper trailer, RV, or even a bus! You can even bring your boat! We are only 25 minutes away from Port MacDonnell, put your boat in, go fishing or just enjoy the beach. One van/tent per site (unless negotiated prior). Our sites are all located in a back paddock, it's quiet and peaceful. We have sites available to cater for RVs, vans and tents. Must be self-contained (no facilities provided, must dispose of waste at approved dumpsites in town), take your rubbish with you; dogs are welcome if they are friendly and well behaved.

Beltana is a State Heritage listed town in Adnyamathanha country. Beltana is important as it is the home of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, was influential in the establishment of the Overland Telegraph and was important is the states early settlement. Beltana has survived in spite of the challenges and has an excellent walking trail detailing this history for visitors. There is capacity to have a fire in a communal fire pit, but please bring your own wood. Dogs on leashes welcome. This campsite offers a safe and comfortable place for campers who are travelling through on their holiday and need somewhere to stop overnight, but two nights is recommended to give you a chance to visit this historic town. The town is significant is South Australian history and there is interpretative signage that provides the visitor with an informative trail. Whilst with us visit the new Nilpena Ediacara National Park. We have the closest camping facilities.

The National Park has numerous walking trails to explore, and we are only a few minute's drive away from many wineries, local shops, restaurants and local beaches. It's an ideal base camp to explore this popular region. All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet and we kindly ask you to take all waste when you go. Pet friendly!

We are a Poll Merino sheep stud and a wheat/barley cropping farm at Emu Downs in the Mid North of SA. We have resurrected this character old workers quarters which we've turned into a rustic, peaceful abode for you to enjoy. Sleeps four (double bed, single bed and old miners couch,). Bring your own bedding. There is a flushing external toilet and a bush shower (ie: a shower bag, provided). The room with the open fire can be utilised as a kitchen/living area. We've provided crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettles and a camp oven. There is running cold rainwater into the sink. Cooking can be done on the open fire, or use the small camp gas cookers. There is also a gas BBQ with side burner in the open end room. If you are really brave, try your hand at camp oven cooking in the campfire. There is no power, only lighting provided from a small solar panel/battery. Extra guests welcome in tents, swags or vans adjacent to the cottage. To ensure only one group of campers at a time, THE COTTAGE HAS TO BE BOOKED FIRST, then book the extra campers through the additional campsites listing. Talk to me about your needs. Campfires welcome when not in fireban season. You are welcome to bring your own FIREWOOD, or I can supply for $25 a wheelbarrow load. BOOK THIS AS AN EXTRA. Interstaters, this is 15 mins from Magill and about 40 mins to the CBD / small caravans ok . Bushwalk on the property or Rock climb at nearby Morialta falls / hike Cleland / Mt Lofty or use the Grove as a base to expore the nearby Heysen trail , the many bakeries , eateries , wineries, breweries and distilleries nearby . Visit historic Marble Hill residence on open days, or enjoy many of the many events the Adelaide hills has on offer. ( Medieval fair / Adelaide rally / SALA / bay to Birdwood / Anzac / country fairs to name a few ) Enjoy a complimentary box of Marble Hill Water on arrival ... Roast some chestnuts * over the campfire or gather some wild blackberries* , or mushrooms *. ( * in season ) . Pls Note Guests are provided a basis toilet / waste disposal area and your self contained outdoor showers are welcome .
