This land is the perfect place for large gatherings or private getaways. And the best part? We have rescue pups here!! Play with them, love on them! And if you happen to fall in love… adopt and take one home with you! We are privately owned and funded. 100% of all donations and 50% of all bookings go directly to the care and needs of our animals! They receive the most love possible. Campers enjoy 1.5 acres of valley, forest, and semi-private river beach. The land and scenery are truly breathtaking. The greatest thing you’ll feel here is the peace, love and energy that every inch of it brings. I have yet to meet someone who has left here the same person that arrived. It’s magic is truly palpable. Cheers to a new adventures. And we can’t wait to welcome you. 💫

We had a great time camping on Alix's land! The kids had fun on the tree swing, picking apples, and just playing in the dirt. We had a nice time telling stories around the beach campfire. The breakfast burritos and banana bread were so delicious! Alix was very welcoming and gave great suggestions for activities to do nearby. Our family and friends made great memories this past weekend!

Alix is amazing! The campsite is phenomenal! If you get the chance to book this place, do it. Even though the Pecos River was muddy and running high we were able to truly enjoy the area. Corn hole on the trail, mud pies with the granddaughter, s’mores in the firepit. Thank you Alix! We will be back!

2nd Trip - even better than the 1st
This was my second time coming to Alix’s site. It was even better than last year! She is a wonderful, warm, and considerate host. Her property is spectacular. Beautiful views and right next to the Pecos river. My wife and I loved our time camping there and will definitely be back.
