Welcome to Aloomba Lavender Farm. We offer bush camping with powered and unpowered sites. This means you will not be placed very close to other vans unless you are friends and choose to be together. In many cases you will be able to choose where you wish to park. Not all sites are level, but you are able to site your camp/ van as you wish. There are no cement pads. There is access to toilets and hot showers. You may have to walk some distance to the amenities but the solitude, the quiet, safety and stars make all worthwhile. There is a dedicated firepit and firewood is supplied. We can supply no water other than sufficient to cook dinner. You are welcome to use some of the vegetables and herbs but not to strip the vegetable garden! If in doubt - ask. We have great coffee and Devonshire teas but we are not a cafe. However there is a great little lavender shop where you can buy our own lavender essential oil, or a cake of soap or a Baggallini Handbag. We are dog friendly! We welcome well behaved dogs. We are 20 km from Stanthorpe. You may see wildlife or cattle through the fence and an occasional vehicle going down the road. We have a sealed road all the way to our boundary and then drive through the lavender. If you visit in late November through to early December you will enjoy our lavender flowering, but the plants look very pretty all year around in neat rows. We are a commercial farm so there is the need to work to the rhythm of the lavender.

The Lavender Farm
The Mt Lindsey road is now completely paved making the trip from the coast through Kyogle, Woodenbong and on to Stanthorpe a pleasant drive with the caravan. The Lavender Farm is a great place to stop, to visit Stanthorpe and surrounding areas. Powered sites and a shop that's open most days with awesome ice-cream. Rural views that are very pleasant with a friendly atmosphere and helpful hosts.

Stunning secret stay
We and another couple were the only ones on the property which was exquisite. The sunset was spectacular and we loved the peace and quiet. The modern bathrooms were delightful and we were sorry we could not stay for the lavender talk. We cannot wait to come back, stay longer and enjoy the area.

Stunning views and very peaceful.
We had an excellent time at Aloomba Lavender. A charming site with lovely views and very peaceful. We were given a warm welcome and the facilities were beautifully clean. We will definitely return on our way back past Liston.
