Banjo's Retreat is a 40 Acre property with multiple camp sites. It's located 20 minutes to beaches, 5 minutes to river. Restaurants, pubs close by, tree tops adventure park and amazement zoo 3mins away. With views to the mountains and amazing sunsets to the west over the national park. Walking trails, wildlife including kangaroos, echidnas, turtles, water dragons etc etc pay regular visits, as well as the abundent birdlifeBring your self contained caravan or pitch a tent in beautiful bush surrounds with clear open paddocks to enjoy the space just relaxing or playing games. Experience glorious sunsets in private setting. Bush trails for those wanting to do a bit of exercise and experience the wildlife that appears from time to time including kangaroos, echidnas and wombats, while the laughing kookaburras can be heard bringing the new day.

Banjos Retreat
Fantastic weekend getaway
Beautiful secluded spot, located close to the Long Jetty and the Entrance. We have a 20’ caravan and had no problems navigating the narrow road into the back paddock. The dogs absolutely loved it, there are beautiful paths to explore and wander around the property. Perfect for spot for a little R&R from Sydney.

Open spaces
A great location with lots of space. Barry was a great host and quick with responses to communications. We were shown both paddocks and given the choice of where to camp. Lots of trails around the property to explore with the dogs. Definitely recommend.

Banjos Retreat
Barry was a fantastic host and has a lovely property. It was our first trip away with our new camping trailer. Its maiden voyage went well - dog loved Banjo’s Retreat, too! Great location, close to amenities if needed, but still very much out in nature. We’ll be back! Thanks Barry :)

Banjos Retreat is an idyllic camping spot that strikes the perfect balance between proximity and serenity. The immaculate grounds offer a sense of tranquility, making you feel miles away from civilization while being conveniently close. Barry and his wife extend warm hospitality, personally welcoming guests and guiding them to their camping areas. The charming presence of their dog adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Banjos Retreat leaves a lasting impression, and I eagerly anticipate returning for another stay.
