Fantastic site close to Sydney. There are clear, clean areas to camp, and the facilities are excellent. We plan to visit again!

Dharawal Camp
Camping with dogs.
As a first time camper, I was exceptionally impressed with Dharawal Camp. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly owner, David, who ensured we settled into our home for the next few days. He guided us on how to access and use facilities within the cabin. The cabin itself was well equipped, offering a toilet, shower, kitchen washing area and bench to prepare our food. The peaceful surroundings around the cabin paired with its lush vegetation made it easy to appreciate nature. The privacy of having the campsite all to ourselves was an added bonus. I would highly recommend bringing your furry companions - they will have a blast exploring and sniffing to their heart's content. At night, sitting by the campfire, the sounds of wildlife and running water from a stream nearby could be heard. The only downside would be the occasional car hooning and neighbourhood dogs disturbing the serenity momentarily. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. While it might not be ideal for seasoned campers, I would definitely recommend for newbies or anyone looking to get away not too far from Sydney.

An amazing private area for camping with your pups which is only less than hour away from Sydney. It also has great facilities such as shower, kitchen area with a gas cooker. David was also really nice and came to show us the place when we got there. Would recommend!

Dharawal Camp
Camping with benefits!
Great private site with welcoming host. David has really set out site perfectly - tent site area raised and soft. Great fire pit with seating for group. Unique cabin made cooking and shared rec time so easy. Appreciated the practical touches - kitchen area, BBQ. Toilet and shower handy. Kids loved ping pong table and running around the surrounding bush. Nearby Nat Park has easy stunning walks. Hope to come back in Summer.
