Welcome to Dodona - ancient Greek meaning "God's Gift". Here you can camp by a permanent flowing creek in our beautiful green valley. Sites are accessible by all types of vehicles such as RVs, caravans, motorhomes, big rigs, camper trailers or basic tent camping. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood is provided free and bonus inclusion of a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area!  Shower & toilet available. There is 350 km of dirt trails in the very large Orara State Forest behind our property which is great for mountain bike riding, or horse riding (no horse riding permitted on the property). Pet friendly. Stay with a local, friendly host.

A lush green, cost effective stay
Very pretty spot and host Richard was very welcoming. Richard has lush green well kept paddocks surrounding his home. We were a group of 3 and had other campers but there is plenty of space for privacy. The main house is in view and if you wanted seclusion, this may not suit. Being a light sleeper and in a roof top tent I did find the nearby passing trains awaking me throughout the night. The line is probably +500m away but the sound does travel quite a distance. We used this spot as access to Coffs Harbour (15min) and surrounding towns. If you're looking for a quiet spot at very reasonable rates this is ideal.

Lovely
Peaceful little property alongside a flowing creek with swimming hole, fires permitted at Individual camps, nice flat grounds. Flushing toilet a nice bonus. Only cold out door shower available. Easy to find - even arriving after dark. Richard is ever so friendly. We look forward to visiting again 🙏🏽 🏕️🔥

Ric was so lovely and accomodating! We stayed only one night on our way from Sydney to Gold Coast, but will definitely come back another time. Even with 3 other campers staying, there was still plenty of space.
