The property is close to the small town of Tingha with a chemist, Post Office, takeaway food, a pub and a petrol station. There is also a Sport and Recreation club open for dinner every Friday, along with options for golf and bowels. The larger township of Inverell is just 25km away and ideal for other supplies.A quiet relaxing place to pull up in a camper for a few nights.
