Come and enjoy these river side sites with over 50 acres available to camp, bush walk and mountain bike. With over 600m of river frontage you'll be sure to find a secluded spot to swim, camp and fish. Located in the Grose Vally there are some challenging walking trails adjacent to the camp grounds. Just a 10 minute drive to Richmond, a town located beside the Hawkesbury-Nepean River, it is an interesting combination of modern outer suburbia with a significant number of important historic buildings dating from the 1810s and 1820s. Bring some loose change for a donation to Beyond Blue for kayak hire or to purchase some home grown avocados when in season. Extra vehicles can be paid for as an extra, this money is donated to Beyond Blue.

Beautiful spot amongst the trees and a great location. Only negative for those in a car, I wouldn’t recommend going in during busy times as the dozens of vans and 4wds had dug up the dirt road and lawns quite badly to the point of almost getting bogged on our way in to the campsite.

Beautiful spot on the river
It was really wet, the river was flooding, but we still have an awesome time in Phillip's beautiful part of the world. The kids loved it, and so did we. We will be back for sure!!

We had a fabulous time. Such a beautiful place. Toilets were very clean. Phillip was so great to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Great place for dogs and kids!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jila and we love it! The toilets are clean and the campsite is spacious with lots for the kids to do. We will definitely be back.

Top host
Phillip's communication was the biggest standout. We booked the property during June long weekend and there were heavy rains prior. Kids loved it nonetheless. Will definately come back - so close to Sydney.

Great site with a variety of lot options to choose from. Very clean toilets for a campsite. Tap water and campfire sites conveniently available in most lots. I was able to drive my 2WD Hyundai i30 in but it was not raining. It might be a little of a scarier situation if very wet and muddy as the way in and out was steeper in certain areas.
