Plus it's home to 125 head of cattle. It's simply a magical country camping spot. There is plenty to do, including swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and crystal fossicking. Just next door, within walking distance, is the Hare Krishna farm, where they run Hare Krishna farm tours, workshops, and Yoga retreats. Big Fig Lower Camp
We loved camping here, it was exactly what we were after, beautiful, easy to access and not crowded. James was also friendly and easy to deal with. I would gladly stay again and or recommend it to a friend.

Nice easy get away for the weekend.
Easy directions. beautiful river and lovely out look. Plenty of your own space. A bit of road noise. Toilet needs some attention.

Tea Tree Camp
Absolutely loved it!
Absolutely loved staying here. Couldn't recommend it enough! James was a great host that showed us to our camp spot and gave us some backstory of his lovey farm. The river that runs through the property is great for swimming, kayaking, SUP, fishing and so on. There are lots to do around the place, good hikes, close to a Murwillumbah for shops. It was very quiet and all the spots were spaced out enough to ensure privacy. Couldn't fault anything about it!

We loved our Stay. The scenery was just what we needed, and James was one of the best hosts we have stayed with on Hipcamp. He brought enouph firewood down to us for the whole weekend.
