The Paddock Merimbula - unpowered
Beautiful place to camp, flat land & nice views. Jodie kindly offered to change us to the riverside (pelicans rest) which was beautiful private & very peaceful as we were the only ones there, it would be perfect in warmer weather for a paddle. A little walk up to the toilet but we didn’t mind, just grateful they had one!

Great set up with large, flat camp spaces right on the water. Super close to Merimbula and pambula. As you'd expect being some what close to the road you can hear the traffic. So if you're after natural serenity this might not suit but otherwise great spot.

Site 10 - The Paddock Merimbula - powered
The land is nice. But $36 for a powered site (Unpowered were $46 because of the lake, or I couldn't find them on HIPCAMP.. ) with no shower, no sink around the drop toilets, and close to road is not a fair price.
Unpowered should be between $5 to $10 with shower. And powered $15.
Too expensive for what it is, even if the owner is lovely.

Great spot to stay for an overnighter. Plenty of space & far away enough from the highway for minimal road noise.

Lovely flat land, we have a big caravan so was good. Although close to road it’s all fine, can camp down near river as well. Close by to lots of towns
