Omadale Brook offers creek side camping at its best! Crystal clear, snow laced water, with amazing vista, wildlife a plenty and serenity. Find a peaceful place at Omadale Brook to camp and relax off grid. Great to stop and unwind or use as a base camp for 4WD to explore the stunning Barrington Tops including the famous Aussie Ark. The Historical Victoria Hotel is located just 13kms down the road, in Moonan Flat. Omadale is a historical Brook (nee Creek for those not of Scottish decent), originating in the heart of the Barrington Tops at Pole Blue, flowing down to meet the mighty Hunter River, the camp site is located at the bottom of the Brook just before it meets the Hunter River. You can set up on either site as a group or simply as a single camper.

Site 2 - Omadale Brook Camp
Babbling Brook
Omadale Brook is a wonderful wonderful place. The brook was in full form and my favorite hole up a little ways was to die for. Even with a bit of rain this is a spectacular part of the world. The proximity of the Moonan flat pub is sooo good with meals after 12, reeaally good meals. Coming back soon.

Site 2 - Omadale Brook Camp
What a Top Spot!
Great property with easy access and wonderful flat areas to set up camp. The creek was flowing well and our dogs just loved the open spaces to run around off leash. It was great to meet our host Gavin who ensured we were settled in ok. His cows were absolutely intrigued by us all. I would highly recommend this hip camp site to anyone not just families for a great bush getaway. Very private!
