Rainforest Gateway is a family-owned park set on five acres of waterfront camping. Located on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road, in the Border Ranges ranges of northern NSW. The park features grassy powered sites, unpowered sites and comfortable units. On-site amenities include hot showers, flush toilets, laundry and camp kitchen. We are a dog-friendly park so the whole family is welcome. Dogs need to be restrained at all times. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. Relax and unwind by the creek or sit back enjoy a drink around the campfire at night with our family atmosphere. With great views, tranquil bushland, abundant wildlife there is always something to do. No WI-FI (yay!). Good Telstra reception. See also Youcamp listing Rainforest Gateway Units.

This is a beautiful camp ground with spacious sites. The host we’re friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend a stay here I’m actually going to try and organise one of our boys trips down here.

Absolutely fantastic
Such a lovely place to camp. The camp kitchen is amazing with kettle & cooking options, lots of places to sit, a fire, & drinkable water. The camp area is flat & well spaced. So lovely to listen to the creek roll on by. Peter has improved the place so much already, with much more to come. A top spot! Heaven lit our fire for us when he delivered the purchased firewood.

Great location and amenities, and Pete is a great guy who will make sure you have all you need! Even goes the extra mile chopping your wood if needed ;)

Camping in a cabin.
We stayed in the warm comfy cabins with snuggly doonas and comfy pillows. The early morning XPT to Sydney was a rude awakening but hey just roll over and go back to sleep. Kitchen was awesome. Hosts were Legends. Some towel rails in the room would have been appreciated. Thankyou
