Take in the serenity from your own little piece of paradise on the banks of the pristine Clarence river.  Just 6.5 km from the jacaranda city of Grafton and 40 minutes drive from Yamba, we offer two level grassy camp sites surrounded by a beautiful poplar shade tree plantation. Private boat ramp directly in front of camp with easy access. 4x4 is recommended for boat launching. You can fish right from camp!  Drinking water is connected as well as hot shower and toilet, plus you have your own BBQ and picnic table. Relax while the kids swim, fish or paddle the river.  The beaches of Yamba are only 40 minutes away and the beautiful mountains of the great dividing range can be seen from your camp site. Campfires permitted, but you must BYO firewood, or, I can provide you with firewood. Please let me know. Access is possible for all vehicles. Plenty of room for caravans and rigs to turn around.

Camp was beautiful. Alone to myself. Just a quick night stop. Misty morning lake was tranquil.

Money for nothing but silence.
Kevin is a prick. Kevin has a poor cancellation policy and does not do instant bookings. So when I waited an hour and a half for him to reply, I had to book another site for somewhere to stay. With no way to cancel my request, I figured Hipcamp might do it for me since I booked another site, but no, Kevin was able to accept my request later and take my money after I was already set up at the second option. After asking Kevin to cancel my booking, he could not even take the time to reply to numerous messages. So Kevin is a prick that takes money for nothing and is too lazy to reply. Take my money, it’s worth it to out this review in so other people know to avoid you. Good luck.

Lovely spot on the river. Quiet and peaceful. Loved our stopover there with a fire pit and picnic table supplied. Kevin was a very friendly host.

Will not be using hipcamps ever again . Had booked site 3 only to find it had been taken by someone else who also had taken our pre ordered wood .

Turned us off Hipcamps
Unfortunately this camp was underwhelming, site nbrs do not exist its a first in best spots, very badly maintained and borders on a fire hazard, kept tripping over branches hidden under leaves so quite dangerous, if you order wood, hopefully it won’t be taken by other campers prior to your arrival, we only stayed for 1 night instead of 2, overpriced for what it is, definitely a major disappointment and

Amazing spot.
What an amazing sight. If we pass through here again will 100% stop in for a couple of nights. Also the facilities 2 and clean and tidy.
