Our 40 acre property is home to four quiet, secure, exclusive river front sites on the mighty Clarence River. Boating, fishing and crabbing literally at your doorstep. And it's just a 15 minute drive into the towns of Yamba and Maclean. The campsites are situated right on the bank of the mighty Clarence River, perfectly suited for campers who enjoy the peace and quiet. Please note: Sites 1 and 2 are available for booking up to 3 months in advance. Sites 3 and 4 are only open for for booking up to 1 week in advance as long as the ground isn't too wet. Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos and on occasions a couple of visiting brolgas. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is about 100 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place. Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase. Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.

Top spot on the river
Perfectly located on the banks of the Clarence River a picturesque site where a highlight was the dolphins swimming past one morning. We greatly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the thoughtfulness from the hosts right down to the firewood and kindling. Easy access, large sites, quiet and an easy 15 minute drive to Yamba. Highly recommended. 😊

Delightful well kept secret
What an absolute delight this spot is. Right on the river, plenty of space, minutes to Yamba and fabulous friendly hosts. If you are fully self contained, then this is the spot for you. Fishing off the jetty and chilling around the campfire are just a couple of the highlights.

What a magical spot! We loved our stay Riverside Rest. 2A 3C and it was a great relaxing spot, seen a lot of wildlife, enjoyed fishing, close enough to town but out of hustle and bustle of busy town/van sites. Highly recommend. Thanks for having us!
