The River Orchard is a majestic 165 acres property nestled between the Oxley River and Mt Warning. The working macadamia farm boasts five campsites each positioned in different nooks with only one group booked in per campsite. Pets and campfires welcome. Hot water shower and compost toilet cleaned several times a day. The Flats Site - The Flats is an extra large site closest to the Oxley River enjoying direct water access with two levels. The first is sheltered by an overhanging sour cherry tree and overlooks the bottom plateau and swimming spot. This site is a short three minute walk to the shower shed. Riverview Site - Riverview is perched on the raised riverbank looking down upon the swimming spot and rapids. A sprawling old tree shelters this extra spacious campsite ideal for large groups. We recommend Riverview for guests with younger children as it does not have direct river access and is the closest to the shower shed. Orchard View - Situated next to the Riverview campsite, this location is close to the river with stunning views across the macadamia orchard. The Grove - The Grove is one of our cosiest sites framed by a towering tree complete with stag horns, with branches that sprawl out over the campsite offering an abundance of shade. Close to the shower shed & a short walk to the river. The Pine Hideaway - This is our most private and stunning site. It looks out over the lotus flower filled dam to mountain panoramas and a secluded island. We look forward to welcoming you.

Witch's Hut Campsite
Nice quiet place if you are travelling through or for the locals to get away. Creek would be lovely in the summer.

Pine Hideaway
Unreal, stayed at Pine Hideaway. Beautiful sunsets, plenty of space and quiet. Would definitely have stayed longer. Michelle was more than accommodating and clearly takes a lot of pride in her land.

Riverview Site
Ticks every box!
Absolutely beautiful views (of the river straight from camp!) and private location, sheltered with grass or bare ground to choose from. Shower was amazing/hot and the walk down to the river is gorgeous and short. Charming views of cows, horses, and a special visit from one very friendly pup! Host Michelle was lovely and should be very proud of her stunning property.

Riverview Site
Such a gorgeous camping spot amongst the orchid, and the river is absolutely stunning. Theres plenty of personal space between each site, so it feels fairly private. Town is close by, but the site still feels secluded. The bathroom is a type of man-made drop toilet so it may not be a hit for everyone, however we found it to be fine in the end. I would definitely return!

Dog friendly Paradise
Michelle the host was lovely and welcoming. Such a beautiful site to camp by the water and listen to the running creek. Loved the hot shower, the friendly horses and doggies. There are plenty of places to have a campfire but BYO firewood. We will definately return. Rod & Lisa
