Conveniently located within walking distance of essential amenities such as shops, medical services, and dining options, Berry Springs Farm Stay serves as the perfect base for your adventures. We welcome pets but kindly ask that they remain on a lead and respect the peace of our farm animals. Come and make memories with us, and don't forget to explore our special activities for that extra touch of magic. Please remember, we're not a caravan park, so we kindly request that you obtain permission before driving onto our property. However, once you're here, you'll find plenty of space to in nature, to let the kids run around and gather around a campfire under the starlit sky. Be aware our bathroom is very basic outback setup and if you are looking for an original outback experience you won't be disappointed :-) Our water comes from the bore and therefore please close the tap after filling up your tank or water bottle so that we are not running out of water. You need to bring your own toiletries. Somehow self sufficient people are preferred who understand that we don't provide luxurious rooms. We try to be eco friendly and use the power which we generate. Our electricity is on solar with battery backup, which is sufficient to charge phones and laptops overnight, but aircons would use too much energy. Let us know in advance if you are planning to use the airon in the night.

Pool house
The site provided isn't really suitable for tents. It is 3 meters from the rooster pen in the area that the roosters spend their time. Tents have very thin walls and even my ear plugs didn't stifle the crowing, which isn't only at dawn. The ground is covered with stones, large seed pods and stiff stalks of dead plants. Although I cleared the ground of course material there was a real possibility of my tent floor being damaged, even through the tarpaulin I laid underneath the tent. If there is a grassed area on site that would be better. The shower and toilet are shared by a person renting the house as well as other campers. It was a bit awkward when the toilet paper needed replacing. It was restocked from the renter's supply. If toilet paper needs to be provided by campers that should be stated. The potable water was offered at the garden hose where the animals have been roaming, so hygiene is a concern. It was also not 100% reliable as the pump/bore went dry for a period of time. The water tasted fine to drink but I think you need to be clear about what is being offered. The description of the site I booked was Wildlife by the Pool. This is not an accurate description of what was offered. There was no pool or wildlife near the site. Is there a site by the pool? I think the web page information for this Hipcamp could be better. Photos of the sites offered and the amenities is helpful - other Hipcamp hosts do this. It gives a genuine view of what is being offered.

Berry Springs Farmstay
The property definitely has potential to be a really good stay but unfortunately needs a bit more work. The listing definitely needs more photos of the actual property, as it is a lot smaller than suggested, and most of the photos only show the surrounding areas.

Berry Springs Farmstay
Pool looked very lovely and Silvia was a friendly host, however the pictures for this site are quite misleading The shower is just a tin shed and the animals could be in better conditions, however the money for our stay was used for the animals which I cannot complain about. It is a beautiful house with a lovely pool but the facilities just are not up to standard.

Berry Springs Farm Experience
Overall good campsite, unfortunately when I was there the bathroom was far below standard compared to other caravan parks I have been at.
