Best in Northern Territory: Finalist
Named one of the best Hipcamps to visit in 2023.
Green Acres is located in Bynoe, just over an hour and a half drive from Darwin in the Northern Territory. We have five spacious powered sites and plenty of non-powered sites available. We are close to boat ramps where you can access excellent fresh and salt-water fishing and crabbing. We are close to both Berry Springs and Litchfield National Park where you can find stunning waterfalls, swimming holes and wildlife to enjoy. The Sandpalms Roadhouse is a two minute drive away. They offer fuel, a cafe style menu, with special nights for a roast or a woodfired pizza, They are a licensed, family friendly establishment. There is often wildlife visiting our property so keep an eye out whilst enjoying your time at camp. Enjoy listening to the sounds of nature while sitting around your campfire. We also have a toilet and shower available for campers. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash upon arrival and under your control at all times. Due to not having an area waste removal program in Bynoe it is appreciated that you take all waste with you. Please check out our website: http://greenacres.godaddysites.com/ or Facebook page Green Acres NT for further information and a video.

We happened to choose the weekend Faye decided to light the Bon fire. The Bon fire was the highlight of the trip.

Five million stars
Faye is a Territory’s True Superstar. We had an amazing bonfire and discussed so many stories. Will return to green acres a true territory gem. We watched the amazing stars by a dark moon 🌒 and chatted for hours. Beautiful spot

Green Acres - Powered Sites
Lovely spot with delightful hosts
Faye and Buster were lovely hosts! Green Acres was a lovely spot, well maintained and sites were clearly set out. There was a lovely walking track to the little dam and it wasn’t far from a number of boat ramps for fishing and to watch a beautiful sunset. The toilet and shower were great amenities! Really hope to visit again- a little oasis!
