We have a private 20 acres of shady land not far from the pretty town of Childers. Our property features a spring-fed creek with fish. Bring your fishing rods as there is silver perch and perch for catch and release fishing only. The rest of the property features open grasslands and bush. We are pet friendly, unpowered sites with access to a flushing portaloo toilet. Campers must have everything they need and leave no trace. Just 20 minutes inland from the beautiful coastal beaches. With flat and comfortable sites, this is a haven for anyone venturing to the Fraser Coast. It's a 2 minute drive into town for supplies and where you can enjoy a range of pubs, cafes and shops. Lots of things to do and see in the area including a bird park and the Snakes Down Under display. *Booked campsites - please note on arrival you will be directed to our general camping areas, you are free to pick any spot to set up your camp.

We went there with our 16ft caravan. Lovely spot. Peaceful. Beautiful sunsets. Big open space.

The grass is green on this side...
I stayed here nearly a week....loved this place!😍 Sooo quiet and peaceful🙏 Fire buckets available, fire wood for a small fee, portaloo on site, dam with flowering lillies and silver perch🐟 with only a 3 min drive into beautiful bustling Childers for supplies. Teddy and I have loved relaxing and having a recharge....you can just 'feel the serenity'😍🤪😂

Everything went well for our stay on Tony's land. The booking was straight forward, and the property was easy to find. Tony was very friendly and obliging. The camping area was well presented, a delight to the eye. We had such a peaceful and happy time there that we will definitely be back.

Fantastic dog friendly spot
Beautiful spot. Dog friendly, well kept, Fish in the dam, wildlife everywhere! Host Tony was welcoming even letting his dog come and hang with my dog during our stay. Will definitely be back if we're ever in the area again.

Holidaying with dog.
We had a hybrid van and this was the third time we had stayed here during our holiday as the camping area is large enough you can have your own personal space or you could also camp as a group. Property well maintained and area has great bird like as well as some kangaroos. The property also has a toilet facility which h is welcome. Tony was a great host, always contactable and will meet you at property on arrival if he is available. You are a short 5 Min trip to Childers for great cafes and also about 1 hr from Hervey Bay. Would recommend 👌 this property to anyone wanting a Hipcamp stay

Great location and very quiet. Looking forward to coming back. Area maintained beautifully, the dog got out of the car and enjoyed a roll on the green grass
