Hedlow Creek runs through the 600 acre property. Great Keppel Island just off Yeppoon, daily trips. National Parks nearby.Park your caravan or pitch your tent along the creek. This campsite is a couple of minutes walk from main complex. Toilet and shower facilities available close to the camp ground. Plenty of roomy grassy sites and views of Ironpot Mountain. Conveniently located between Rocky (20km) and Yeppoon (15km) with room for vans and trucks.

I had a great four nights at Akubra Downs. Beautiful farm and views, well kept sites with plenty of space between, and warm showers. If I visit Rockhampton again I’ll be staying there.

Another beautiful stay!! What an incredible property. Only one other person staying so it felt nice and private. The cows are to funny with how friendly they are! Amazing sunset behind the big rock. Second stay and I was absolutely go back a third!

Lovely place
Lovely place!! View is amazing of the big rock for sunset. There’s fire pits for use and the property is so open and beautiful. Friendly cows which was a treat they love a pat. Owners were so friendly came for a chat. Amenities clean. Would love to stay again.
