Fortune favours the Brave! Only 10 minutes out of Daintree Village, if you are willing to adventure out of town a little you will find a beautiful crystal creek running through a large property with a fruit orchard and protected rainforest. There is a mysterious and adventurous walking track to the private waterfall named ‘Beauty spot Falls’ at the end of the property. Go for a 45 minute walk to the waterfall and swim in the crocodile free creek. Native wildlife that could be spotted are king fishers, wallabies, kookaburras and cassowaries.

Valley nest
Our overnight stay was lovely and very quiet however, navigating to the actual camp area was not clear and was misinterpreted as directions were quite vague (did not realize we were meant to drive directly on the front lawn across the house to access camp site as the gravel road ended at the house). The toilets were placed in amongst shrubs and were not very inviting after daylight (enclosed with cloth and rafters). There was plenty of foliage for a campfire and the swinging chair and kayak were well used and muchly appreciated! Loved the little creek running behind the camp area and felt quite secluded once you could access the water's edge. The host was lovely and happy to help and answer any questions. Be prepared to drive gravel roads and past rolling green hills with cattle and through the winding roads of the Daintree rainforest. The rainforest walk to the waterfall was nice as well!

Paradise
Amazing views from Valley Views site. Rustic long drop. Steep stone driveway to site but no probs for camper trailer. Great flat site. Water handy. Amazing orchard. Gorgeous property. Friendly, helpful hosts. Loved the walk to waterfall. We stayed 4 nights. Did the waterfall walk twice. Enjoyed refreshing swims in the pristine waterfall pool. A piece of paradise.

Beautiful and peaceful spot
A beautiful spot, we all had a great time. Waterfall walk could have a little more signage as we couldn’t find it but there were plenty of water spots to have a paddle. Toilets were a touch far away from the spot but at least we had toilets available. The hosts were great and we will definitely be back.

I loved out stay at Valley Views. We booked two nights but easily could have stayed longer. The camp site has a lot of space with plenty of level ground, is private enough, has a composting toilet with the best views & the walk to the waterfall was beautiful! 100% would stay again!
