Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy a relaxing base to discover what Hervey Bay has to offer. We are on 19 acres with goats, chickens, a rooster, alpacas and cows. Only 10 mins away from K’gari(Fraser Island) barge that leaves from River Heads, and you can leave your van here for a small fee. It is an 8 min drive to the local food works, BP servo, chemist and a 12 min drive for takeaway options. Campfires are allowed in the fire pit provided. Families are welcome although children must be fully supervised at all times as we do have a very large dam on the property with ducks and turtles. Children are including in the booking.

We really loved the private camping spot and interaction with the farm animals. Tammy and Greg were very friendly and were terrific hosts. We would definitely recommend the site to others.

Thank you thank you thank you! We had the most beautiful evening, perched next to the fire with our pooches, watching the storm go by. Tammy made us feel so welcome from the moment we drove through the gate. My morning was spent wandering around the paddock chatting to the goats, cows & alpacas. I even was lucky enough to spot a kangaroo with its Joey. Everything was amazing. No complaints. Will be back again 💗

Camping with animals !
We loved staying on Tammy’s land, it’s so close to town but doesn’t feel like it ! Tammy was great and very welcoming. All the animals were so friendly, even got to help feed the baby cow!! Would 100% recommend

Family Farm with shower and toilet.
Wonderful camp-site for a weekend getaway! Tammy was welcoming and communicated well and provided above and beyond. A beautiful farm with animals and a pond to explore and the camp-sites were generously spaced. Toilet and shower were clean and nice and warm. A nice location close to town but out of the busyness. Would definitely camp here again.
