Magnetic Island Private fully fenced 751 square metre block of land one kilometre to Horseshoe Bay beachfront. The perfect base to enjoy all the wonderful activities that Magnetic Island has to offer including swimming, bushwalking, birdwatching and wildlife spotting. Water and very limited electricity is available. There are no bathroom facilities so you need to be self contained. We are one kilometre from the nearest bus stop so you need to have your own transport. Please do not book this property if you do not have your own transport. As the barge gets very busy, I suggest you book the barge before booking the site. Contact me and I am happy to hold the site for a short time while you make your barge booking.

Just great and safe!
Words can’t describe how nice and helpful Steve and his wife have been. A great and safe spot to camp. If we’re coming again to the east coast, we will be here again.

The property and location are great and it provided one of the only ways for us to visit and stay on Magnetic island in our own van and with our Dog! Super appreciative to Steve and Leonie for there warmth and hospitality!

Best Value Stay on the island
Exactly as advertised, the cheapest and best value stay on the island! The site is immaculate. Steve is extremely helpful, friendly and can tell a good story! I would highly recommend!

Dog friendly and great location!
We had a lovely time staying at Steve's! He was extremely welcoming and made sure we fueled up before arriving to the island due to high fuel costs and that we settled in okay. The property was a perfect spot for a quiet camp (with birds the soundtrack of the visit) and our two dogs had a great time.
