Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak.
All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding.
Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.
We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres.
We have 1km of creek frontage.
The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them.

Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load.
The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure.
Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation.
The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more.
We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section.
