Noosa Everglades Camp/Retreat
Hidden haven in Noosa Everglades
Noosa Everglades is a haven for campers who like to connect with eachother and get away from it all. Set in a stunning location, a family of 4 of us (kids aged 4 and 7) camped, and our friends (another family of 4) stayed in the gorgeous glamping tents.
Owner Deborah has created a beautiful setup that allows campers their own space and privacy, but promotes connection around the deck, the dam - and all it's amazing activities.
And we would have been lost without caretaker Nick - from ensuring we didn't get bogged in the Suburu, to the Diesel-assisted campfire, and the loading the roof rack assistance - Nick was an absolute gem.
Such a great spot - can't wait to return.

Noosa Everglades Glamping Tent 1
Incredible camping spot
I cannot recommend Noosa Everglades Camping more highly - we have had the most wonderful long weekend here, even the rain couldn't put a dampener on this piece of paradise.
Our friends (2 adults, 7yo and 5yo) stayed in the glamping tent, and we (another family of 4) camped lakeside, stumbling distance from each other.
The lake is a gorgeous swimming hole/spot to sun yourself on the expansive deck, while the kids (and some adults) enjoy the dinghy and the Tarzan rope swing. There is an 8km super easy and well-established National Park walk to Noosa River and back, starting right from the campsite.
All of the facilities are incredible, and the wonderful catetaker Nick runs a tight and tidy ship, from helping with alternate routes to prevent us getting bogged (made it through the bogs & pothole city in the Suburu Outback AWD), to the nightly campfire wood deliveries by tractor, through to teaching us how to finally use our ratchet straps properly!
Debbie, your property is absolutely stunning and your campground vibe creates such a free, vibrant, communal atmosphere. Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay - we will be back!

Noosa Everglades Camp/Retreat
Great spot!
Great camp site. Well maintained, clean amenities and great spot for camping. Fairly remote and off the grid, so access can be challenging in bad weather, but the host is communicative and helpful.
Would visit again!

Noosa Everglades Camp/Retreat
It's a gorgeous campsite for sure. Nice (cold) shower, and great campfires for dinner + a pond to eat your brekky at. It was absolutely bucketing when we stayed, but I noticed the AWD's still didn't have too much trouble getting in and out. We were greatful for 4WD though, since you really need one to get to Harry's hut if you're looking to kayak on the Noosa River. Nick was a great host, and renting the kayak was easy and a great day! If you're on the fence between camping at Harry's hut and staying here, it's really a tradeoff between being right at the river's edge (Harry's of course) and a shower/campfire. It took about 30 minutes each way to get to Harry's hut, which is the closest kayak launch point, but would be better when less boggy. For us that was some of the best bit - would highly recommend!
