Riverdell is 166 acres located on the eastern side of the Blackall Range extending down to the Mooloolah River headwaters. Escape off grid to enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the cattle grazing in the paddocks, spot the native birdlife or cuddle up by the fire in your own secluded paradise. Sunrises are spectacular while sunsets by open campfire are also a highlight of the Riverdell experience. Take a short walk up the creek, west of The Junction carpark above the camp site to see some scenic rockpools and waterfalls in the cool of the rainforest canopy. There is plenty to do and see in the area including exploring nearby Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Gardeners Falls, Kondalilla National Park, Australia Zoo, indulge in a tasting at the Barrel at Clouds Vineyard opposite the front gate, stroll through Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World or take a short drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. Access during daylight hours via 4WD ONLY with AT or MT off-road Tyres, RT Tyres are not permitted due to the steepness of the tracks. Off-road camper trailers are suitable for some campsites (max weight 1500kg and max length 5m restrictions apply). Caravans are not permitted due to the steep terrain. A Portaloo is within walking distance to The Knoll, Upper Plateau, Valley View and Little Bunya campsites, otherwise your camp MUST be self-contained. Riverdell is dog friendly, off leash if trained, and recommend tick treatment before arrival. For safety, no arrivals after dark unless arranged prior.

What an amazing view, the camp site was spatious and green. Would recommend to a friend and will be returning soon.

Little Bunya Campsite
Breath taking property and camping sites. The camp site was the best we have ever stayed at and the owners are super helpful and lovely people. Fantastic experience and we will be back.

Wonderful full moon rising night!
Beautiful location, amazing views, respectable simple amenities, friendly hosts with clear self-sufficient instructions given prior to arrival! Ocean view #1 was a bit bigger and a little bit flatter than ocean view #2. However, #2 had some more afternoon shade from the nearby trees and an insane view of the full moon rising over the hill! I feel like all sites would have their own benefits. Ocean #2 had enough room for a couple cars or in our case one car and one swag but any more and someone might be sleeping on a bit of an angle. We will definitely be back and keen to try other sites :)

Everything here is fantastic! The land, the view, the campsite, the cows, the owners are lovely! Honestly this is one of my favourite campsites and it’s only half hour away from home. It’s feels like you’re a million miles away but still close enough to town you can go get a coffee or some food. Really do love this place! 👌🏽

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night and it was amazing! The views are insane and the cows are friendly. Will definitely be coming back :)
