Welcome to 1 Patrick Street, this self-sustaining campground is tucked away in a prime location, our property offers the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility, ensuring a memorable stay for all that seek adventure and relaxation! Located only metres from Morgan reserve which has BBQ facilities and a playground for the kids and only a short 3-minute drive to the town's esplanade. Potential activities in the local area are fishing, swimming, walking, eating out, visiting the coffin bay national park and more.1 Patrick street, this self-sustaining block 802m2 in size. You will have the block completely to yourself! Other things to note: This block has limestone on the ground and is in its natural state, as shown in photos. You will need to level your van. The block is pet friendly however we have no fences. There is no facilities, so you Must be fully self-contained, with your own camp toilet and we kindly ask you take your waste with you when you go.

Your Retreat Coffin Bay

Face the bush would be nicer

Very rocky, very weedy and dead bushes with prickles littering the ground. Totally unsuitable for pets and bare feet. Some clearing of the drive thru would help make it easier to level a camper or caravan. It’s a building block in a new housing estate.

Your Retreat Coffin Bay

Exactly as your listing described. Great price to park our van safely in Coffin Bay - being on the corner of two dead end streets in what appeared to be a nice part of town we felt very secure overnight and happy to leave our van during the day for outings. The location was quiet and we parked our van so that we were facing away from the street and you would think that we were in a bush camp somewhere and it was quite private. A short drive into to the middle of Coffin Bay town/foreshore etc and a great base for us at a really great price - especially given the price of the only caravan park in the area and the reviews that we had seen of that park. Our only complaint (which is not really a complaint and quite easy to see from your photos in your listing) was that it was quite a rocky block and a little tricky to level the van at first, but once we put our levelling blocks down it was fine. It was also a bit dusty and black sand so a bit messy - but again, nothing that would not be expected for the type/location/price of this property. Thanks, we will probably stay again if we come back to Coffin Bay.
