Located on the wonderful Tasmanian Wilderness Rivers alongside the beautiful Blythe River and Adams Creek. This peaceful camp site is perfect for families and solo campers. Toilet and shower facilities are available. Campfires are permitted, but firewood is not supplied feel free to bring your own. This is a dog friendly campground but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times. Burnie is around 20 kilometres away. This is a quiet camp-site, great for dogs and kids and groups with plenty of fireplaces! Unfortunately it is in the bottom of a gully so we didn't get any sun or solar for the weekend, however it was a lovely quiet winter weekend.

Great experience
Thanks Jason and Shaeli for a wonderful experience. My partner and I and our doggo had a great time. The campsite was very peaceful and loved the sound of the babbling brook while the campfire crackles. Although we were self contained, the toilet and shower were very clean. Thanks again. Will recommend.

Peaceful night camped by the river.
A bit of a treat, my border collie and I had the whole campsite area to ourselves on a quiet Sunday evening. A clean, functional toilet, friendly horses roaming around, easy access 15km South from Penguin on a sealed road. I really enjoyed my one night getaway out of Launceston. It's been a bit of hit and mostly miss on Hipcamp for me but the setup on Blythe River Campground is fantastic. Basic, cheap fee at $28 and thank you to the hosts for allowing me to access their land. 🙏✌️

It is a lovely location, but advertised at $22.00 per night, then add on charges plus gst, 2 nights instead of $44 cost $57.11. Toilet ok, showers not so.
