Goulburn downs is a working sheep station on the Goulburn River between Echuca and Sheparton . All sites are separated by distance so your camping by yourself . Four sites can be accessed with a 4wd and can fit off road vans and camper trailers and have river views The horse camp can fit large horse floats/vans Activies include hiking/fishing/boating/canoeing/push bike riding/horse riding/ swimming /bird watching in the lagoons and you are welcome to watch or participate in any sheep work happening in your stay. A four wheel drive is recommended for all sites atm All camps have a fire pit /fire wood and trash cans provided. No toilets are provided.

Great spot with fish jumping infront of the campsite all day. Tim was great leading us to site and we had full privacy. Would recommend

Secluded river spot with wildlife
Lovely spot right on the river. We set up our hammock and chairs on the bank for the whole day. Gorgeous! The site felt secluded and peaceful. Tim was very responsive and a pleasure to speak to. He guided us in to the site expertly. We are considering staying again next year!

River Camp 1
Great camping spot on the hole we’re the 2 rivers meet. Tim was a great bloke and gave us privacy. The waterfall upstream from us was lovely. Good fishing also!!!

River crossing for small tent
Awesome peaceful spot!
Great little spot on the river. We went fishing, swimming and paddle boarding. Listening to the water around the fire at night was lovely. Tim was a very nice host and very accommodating.
