Beautiful quiet setting amongst oak trees. In the warmer months there’s a clean water dam for a freshen off, also for convenience is a conventional toilet for comfort and running water. We welcome those who choose to stay to enjoy a campfire at your campsite and firewood is available for purchase, kids will have plenty of room to run around and explore and your fur babies are also welcome. There is plenty of wildlife for spotting and our property has a very peaceful feel about it and is very humbling for the soul.Beautiful quiet setting amongst oak trees. Safe isolation
Incredible hosts! Happy to have a chat and bev, fill you in on all the wild life activity, then happy to leave you be! Firewood and drum set the scene for the perfect night star gazing. Truly felt safe in the middle of no where. I absolutely loved my stay here, just an hour out of Mount Gambier and worth the trip. Dog friendly, and my boy Humphrey had an absolute ball. Highlight for me was rocking up the day Kylie and Jack bought a buggy! No hesitation from me when I was offered a buzz through the forest. They love their motorsports! Thank you for sharing your incredible space! I'll be back!

Just perfect
I had such a nice stay at Kylie’s camping site, it was beautiful being surrounded by the trees. A camp fire was a must and a great end to our long day. Kylie was great with directions and making sure we knew where to go, if we were to camp in the area again this is definitely the first choice.

A great location for exploring the region Portland half an hours drive and Mt Gambier 45mins Quiet and serene property with plenty of wildlife to spot . Kangaroos , Emus and Koalas . Kylie is a great host with plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area . We loved our time at Oakview

Great for dogs!!
Thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we spent at Oakview!! Beautiful setting in amongst the trees. Our dog enjoyed playing with the resident dogs Wal and Belle. Friendly and helpful hosts, we're looking forward to visiting again in the future 😊

Lovely hosts with very friendly dogs. Nice and quiet and perfect spot to relax.
