What a wonderful property, nice flat area to set up camp metres from the river.

Absolutely loved the place and could not recommend it enough. Fire wood addition is best value for money you can get and first time we have ever turned up to a hipcamp to find the photos did not do the place justice. We will be back

The camping area is great. Lots of space plenty of room for multiple vans and people. Wood can easily be arranged. Such am amazing spot, close to the river with easy walking access. Plenty of shade and dog friendly. Definitely will go back.

Picture perfect & central to region
This is a magical spot. Huge spaces of level grassland. Each site is away from the other. We stayed on site 3 which we loved because we could camp in the sun but have the fire under the trees. The firewood was fabulous and large fire pits provided. The river is stunning and I’ve been told the fishing is good. The instructions are easy. We based here to explore the whole region and to ride the rail trails. Perfect. Definitely one of the best we’ve stayed at. Thanks Sally & Lachie.
