Description

The scenery at Pancho Villa State Park Campground is almost as dramatic as its history. The campground is set under a shady grove of trees looking south into a vast, empty desert and the border of Mexico. The campgrouns is named after Pancho Villa, commander of Mexican forces during the Mexican Revolution. The park is just outside of Columbus, New Mexico where visitors can tour buildings from the era of Pancho Villa. Camping with a slice of history!
