Luxury cabin in Bright The Banya place is the ultimate entertainer's cabin. Sleeping up to 12 people in the cabin with an option to camp for extra people for an additional fee, it's a perfect group escape for nature lovers, adrenaline junkies and anyone looking for an alpine getaway. Enjoy outdoor cinema from laying in the 2.2m stainless steel SPA under the clear skies of the Australian Alpine region. Experience the health benefits of Sauna and Cold plunge pool filled from the Ovens river. Relax in the cabin with the wood-fired heater and a glass of wine. Nestled within the forest of National Park with only you and nature around, but at the same time, it is only a few minutes drive from the Bustling Bright township with all of its restaurants, cafes and entertainment. Bright is well known for its outdoor activities, including Paragliding, Mountain Biking, Swimming, Hiking, Kayaking, Fishing, 4WDriving, Skiing at Mt. Hotham or False Creek and lots more. With cafes, bars, restaurants and the well-known Bright Brewery located within 5-minute drive or about half an hour's walk along the beautiful canyon walking trail. This unique property offers some of the most luxury facilities available: Site 1: 4-bedroom cabin with fireplace and airconditioning; Site 2: Outdoor camping in the grassy, shaded areas; Hot stainless steel SPA, Wood-fired sauna and cold plunge pool Outdoor hot shower near the SPA area, plus two toilets/showers about 5 meters from the cabin. (Note: there are no toilets/showers in the cabin). One wheelbarrow of firewood per night is included. All pets must be on a leash and under host control at all times and cleaned up after. Experience the local wineries, the Milawa cheese factory and Lake Buffalo. Explore the breathtaking scenery while walking, cycling or paddling through. Under an hour from Mt Hotham ski resort.When you book a cabin, we will make sure the entire property is exclusive for your use. There will be no other guests, but you can book a campsite if your group is larger than 12. Price includes firewood and use of Sauna/Spa facilities. BEDDING CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed, 1 x Tri-Bunk (double & single) Bedroom 3: 1x King Bed, 1 x Double-Bunk (two Single Beds) Bedroom 4: 1x Double-Bunk (two King singles) - this bedroom is not fully isolated as guests into Bedroom 3 have to walk via Bedroom 4. *All linen and towels provided BATHROOMS There are two toilet shower rooms located OUTSIDE. *Please note there are no bathrooms inside the cabin. KITCHEN & DINING A well-equipped kitchen featuring an island bench, dishwasher, fridge & microwave. *Please note the kitchen does not contain an oven. LOUNGEROOM Comfy couches & enough space for everyone to sit back and enjoy a movie indoors. WIFI available for the smart TV. HEATING & COOLING Woodfire heater in the loungeroom as well as a split system air conditioner to keep you cool in the warmer months. LAUNDRY The washing machine is located in one of the shower rooms outside, with an outdoor laundry trough behind these rooms. PET POLICY The Banya Place is pet friendly however please note that the property is not fully fenced so pets will need to be supervised. *We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet-friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

Cabin at the Banya place

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our stay at Banya Place. Close proximity to Bright, with the Canyon Walk steps away. Plenty of space for everyone even our furry friends. An oasis for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of Melbourne while still feel like they can appreciate the beautiful scenery of Bright- fire pit, spa and sauna were amazing!

Best accomodation in Bright!

Wow what an amazing place to stay. The location was super central to the main town, the river, rail trail and lots of walks. The cabin was stocked with everything you could need, the Spa, Sauna, fire pits were amazing additions and kept the whole family entertained. They certainly have thought about everything. Such an amazing week, thank you!

Spa and Camp at the Banya place

Hidden Gem!

Nikolay’s place is incredible. We stayed on the grounds with a group - all prepped for slightly off the grid camping but had full access to a toilet/shower block ( fully flushing toilets, plentiful toilet paper, with hot water, a rain shower head, shower soaps etc and even a hair dryer and washing machine!!). These were cleaned daily. There is a communal area also with a spa/sauna, a projector/ movie screen and fire pit, which we didn’t use this trip but would definitely use when re-booking. There was also capacity for extension leads to plug into the toilet block if you need power. Firewood was provided + plentiful. Large grassy space, plenty of room for large set ups, quiet, well maintained and backs onto a local Bright walking track with a fantastic swimming hole only 3min walk away. Nikolay was on site with his family, very welcoming, showed us round and invited us to share the communal facilities too. He checked in occasionally to ensure we didn’t need anything extra. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Somehow I think this will be our new Bright area regular! 5 stars!
