On the property itself, guests are likely to spot animals such as bears, mountain goats, bighorn sheep, goats, elk, moose, and more. Needless to say, guests should certainly bring a camera or two! Complete with bunk beds , this camp is the perfect spot family vacationing together. When it comes to getting clean, guests will have hot showers, flush toilets, and electricity. After a day of hiking or horseback riding, the entire family can come together around a warm campfire that is perfect for eating meals. This peaceful location is the ideal spot to get away from it all.

I bought this magical property 13 years ago and I have developed it from beach to mountain with the idea of sharing it with epic humans since day 1. It is 1 acre of pure natural and artistic bliss. The natural wonders include a massive beach with space for many, a gigantic sling shot, sweet fire pits, comfortable lawn chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, a cedar strip canoe, and many other toys free for you to explore. I also have a small fishing boat and 16ft catamaran that I can take guests out on for a small fee. There are 2 locations that can be rented separately or booked together, however there are also a couple of sites to pitch a tent on. Its like jurassic park here, very tropical and chill. The artful camper boasts of an outdoor spa and deck, BBQ, mini fridge, fantastic lake and mountain views and access and the beach from 10-8pm. The other rental a.k.a. The beach-house comes with an attached outdoor 1950's style kitchen, oudoor on demand shower, outhouse, firepits, lawnchairs, and free use of water vessels. Very, very cool. It is located steps from the water. Truly magical.

The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig, French press, plates, glasses, silverware, stainless steel pots and pans. Just bring your groceries and pet food! Wifi, 1 1/2 gig. The cottage is next to the West Arm Provincial Park, hiking and biking trails are all pet-friendly! A short walk to Kootenay Lake and a 5-minute drive to the beach (pet friendly). Some of the features are made from found beach wood and every piece has a story and it's as if the very soul of the lake is intertwined in the cabins design. The cabin has one queen size bed, a comfy sofa, extra large bar fridge, fan, delightful kitchenette and vintage wood stove. The cabin in incredible but the outdoor 1950’s inspired kitchen will blow your mind. Stocked with the means to make a gourmet meal, you will want to use more than just the BBQ. Extra guests NEW: I have erected a 12x12 wall tent under the cedar tress and in the shade for up to 2 guests. Please enquire about fees. Pets All well behaved pets welcome. Beachside Paradise Plunk yourself in a provided lawn chair, or take a dip in water, then get ready for the star show. With no dwellings on the other side of the lake, there is no light pollution here. Very special. Sharing There is another rental home on the property and they have access to a portion of the beach so please be friendly, respectful and courteous. Or better yet, rent both locations for your group.
