Learn more about this land: 1 private premium site for a self contained RV, Travel Trailer or Camper Van on private land with no other campers near you. No Tenting or car camping permitted. (This is not a campground. There is only 1 site.) The site has a potable water tap, 20 amp electrical outlet and free WiFi at the site. If you require black water service, a portable tank is available to book in the addon section of your booking. The tank can hold 80 litres or 21 Gallons. If you require more black water capacity, you can add an extra dump for an extra fee and we will empty the tank and return it for the extra dump. You can be at the Bay of Fundy within 15 minutes. We are a 4 minute drive to the Annapolis Valley Exhibition grounds. With so many beaches, wineries, orchards, restaurants, trails and waterways nearby - you won't run out of things to do! Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises over the North Mountain, and if you're lucky a sighting of the deer that frequent the property. After a busy day spent exploring the valley, enjoy gazing up at the milky way (star gazing is incredible here with some of the darkest skies in North America) next to a crackling campfire. Fall asleep to the sounds of our brooks' gentle burbling, and coyotes howling in the distance. Each campsite has it's own firepit and picnic table . There is a shared XL sparkling clean portable toilet with solar lights for night-time access. Walk across our babbling brook to enjoy a rustic, hot shower in the woods. For those of you not looking to venture too far afield, there we have walking trails throughout the property, trout fishing in one of our brooks, and a tiny swimming hole if you'd like to take a dip. For nearby adventures, you'll find a brewery, winery, restaurant and trailhead located less than 5 minutes down the road. Horseback riders are welcome to bring their horses camping! Horse shelter with attached corral is available to rent separately. Enjoy riding our trails and make use of our cross country jumps and trail obstacles.

Bring your metal detector and search for long-lost relics of the horse farm once owned by Clarence and Annie Higgins. Interact with nature with a scavenger hunt. Canoe, kayak, tube or fish on the beautiful Musquodoboit River. Visit the provincial picnic park for river access.
