This is the back of a small beef cattle farm located on beautiful Three Mile Lake in Muskoka Lakes.  These sites each have their own private beach with access to approximately 1500 feet of lake front. Beautiful Sherwood creek within walking distance on the property with some beautiful spots for a picnic. Plenty of wild life to see!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Located in the area of Rosseau Ontario, this area is known for exceptional cottage experiences. A short 10-minute drive to many area lakes to explore and experiences offered in all seasons including fishing, and boating in Muskoka lakes in the summer, cranberry marsh experience in the fall, and snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking in the winter- there is something for everyone to explore when staying in this area! The cabin is in the middle of a private 5-acre property across from Turtle Lake and spans turtle lake road, to Donnelly and Poke Road, so it’s easily defined by the roads around the land. There is no direct access to the lake, but there are many lakes and beaches within a short drive.  There are also many quaint towns to visit, beautiful hiking trails to explore all nearby.

The main floor has a pull-out double bed, and the loft has 2 sets of bunk beds, ideal for kids.  The bathroom facility is a newly built very airy eco-outhouse - you will be pleasantly surprised!  There is a sink to wash up, and an outdoor shower, but for now, only cold water is available. 

This an ideal family getaway or a romantic getaway, I look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to Big Yellow Birch Camping!  Located 3 hours north of Toronto, Big Yellow Birch Camping is situated on a peninsula surrounded by clean, clear Eagle Lake.  Pitch your tent on our raised tent platforms, nestled amongst the pine trees overlooking beautiful Eagle Lake. Swim or canoe from the shallow, sandy waterfront in a quiet, pristine bay. Nap in a hammock. Relax in the wood-fired sauna. Then, round out a perfect day in nature with friends by a campfire under the starry sky.The whole campsite is reserved only for your group, no one else.It’s wild but not isolated. It’s not glamping; just honest, traditional tent camping.If you are feeling adventurous, explore the backwoods following markers guiding you on a 3 km hike (medium intensity). For a day trip, head across the lake to Mikisew Provincial Park or hike along the “Forgotten Trails” which wind through nearby Algonquin Park.Need a break from nature, or at least a pizza?  Down the road about 5 minutes is the Eagle Lake Country Store.  They sell ice cream, snacks, burgers, fries, ice wood, boat rentals, gas and miscellanea.  A further 10 minutes away in the nearby towns of South River and Sundridge, you’ll find grocery and bulk food stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, LCBO/ Beer store as well as a local craft brewery.
