Looking for a quiet getaway in the country? A central spot close to Turkey Point, Port Dover, Long Point, and all the beauty of Norfolk County, then this is the place for you. Appealing to couples and small families, you will be staying on a former tobacco farm surrounded by 100 acres of farmers fields. Let us take the pain out of camping by offering a full king bed as well as a fold down futon, kitchenette and a big screen tv. You can enjoy a night of game playing with your own foosball table as well as a Wii U gaming console and traditional board games. You also have the option of sitting by the fire and enjoying the quiet solitude of the farm, walk the quiet streets or star gaze at night. We supply your firewood! You will also have Adirondack chairs a barbecue and an outdoor dining table and chairs. (Please note, that cabin has on demand hot and cold water…washroom (with toilet and sink ONLY) is a short walk down the driveway. While the seasonal outdoor shower is located off the back deck. Norfolk county is more than just beautiful beaches. It is also a great place to come shop for antiques, check out the local wineries and breweries and hit the lake… all close by.Our main goal here is to help you relax and get back to nature. Norfolk county is well known for hiking and mountain biking trails. It’s white sandy beaches, antiquing and depending on time of year, fruit and veggie stands. We enjoyed our staying in Barbie’s cottage. It is very quiet and harmonious place not far away from the beach, wineries and breweries. We had a great communication! It’s very comfortable and amazing cottage!
