A former guard station rebuilt by the CCC in the thirties, Third Fork Guard Station now gives guests the chance to enjoy modern amenities in a rustic wilderness setting. Set on mountainous terrain thick with old-growth ponderosa pine forest, the cabin is quite isolated, but it’s also accessible by car.
