Experience a tranquil retreat in the foothills of the Rockies at The Point at Alborak, offering stunning views of sweeping valleys and mountains. Our secluded getaway features four full hook-ups with 20-amp and 30-amp power, sewer, and water connections. We are currently re-testing the water to ensure it is safe for drinking. We are providing water in blue jugs that is safe for drinking until we get the results back. The Point at Alborak RV site features a shared flat gravel space enclosed by fencing and cattleguard to ensure vehicle safety. Situated 6 Kms off Highway 1 near our Equine facility, the Point at Alborak provides glimpses of wildlife, including deer, moose, bear, and elk. Right outside your door, enjoy hiking and mountain biking adventures. Conveniently located just 10 minutes down gravel road off Hwy 1, we serve as the halfway point between Banff and Calgary and are only minutes away from the Livingstone Golf Course. Please be aware that we operate as a working cattle ranch and equestrian center. We kindly request due care and caution around livestock, and exercise caution when near electric fencing. For the safety of all, please keep dogs on a leash when livestock is present. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of our surroundings while respecting the coexistence of our working ranch and your peaceful retreat.

The view was amazing. We loved being surrounded by nature. We saw many deer every day. The detailed instructions to the campsite from Daryl were very helpful. Please thank your wife Daryl for the treat it was delicious. The owners were very attentive and we met some wonderful people at the campsite. We would definitely recommend this campsite. Thanks again.

Off the beaten path getaway!

Expect a short gravel road trek to find the site. Once you're there it's a quiet, flat, and well equipped RV getaway. The gracious hosts made sure we had everything we needed and let us know about the area which includes some documented trails to explore.

It was a really nice quiet camping with everything you needed (electricity, water, campfire). We even received the best banana bread from Daryl, lovely!! The road to get there was rough and a bit challenging.

Camp on the hill

This site is off the beating path, approximately 8mins drive from the main hwy and onto an unpaved road and 45mins away from Banff. The location is surrounded by beautiful landscape of hills and trees. It's very peaceful. However there wasn't a picnic table or garbage bin. Besides that I would definitely come again.

Beautiful calm setting

Most Beautiful location-wish we booked two nights here. We arrived in a storm, so could not make a fire, but surrounded by a beautiful place. We saw deer close to our camp, plus we had a beautiful nature hike with the kids the next morning. This location also had electricity, water and dump station. Daryl was an incredible host. Highly recommend this place
