A beautiful farm with wide open views of pastures and livestock grazing peacefully. The dry camping spots are located next to a creek w access to water fill up if needed at main house at the main house not far away. Located 30 minutes from Kamloops on a paved road. Many options for beautiful private hikes right from your tent or RV.Pitch your tent or park your RV in a lovely pasture beside a creek or up on the hill with a view. Enjoy beautiful views of sheep and cattle grazing peacefully in nearby pastures. There are walking or hiking trails through pasture lands and forested rangelands right from your camping spot. If you have an RV, we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. We can provide potable water and shower and laundry available at main house. Behind your camp is crown land with a canopy of fir and aspen trees and a creek meanders right beside the main camping area. Campfires are permitted as long as there are no fire bans. Pets welcome. Fresh vegetables (u-pick) and grass-fed lamb, and pasture chicken are available for purchase.

Wonderful experience
Gillian farm was a perfect choice for camping. It’s quiet and tranquil with a nice view and plenty of room for your tent. We were lucky enough to have the entire grounds for ourselves, since other campers didn’t show up. Even the rain didn’t bother us at all. Moreover, Gillian was such a host! She went above and beyond to help us and provide everything we needed, since our car broke down while getting to the farm. It was also our very first time visiting Kamloops. We would gladly go back to Gillian’s farm for another experience in the future! And this time we’ll go for a hike for sure!

We stayed for one night and it was really nice! Very relaxing, and Gillian was a great host!! My one complaint would be too many mosquitoes, but being near a creek it makes sense. And the toilet was very pleasant haha

Overall this site was fine. There was a nice view, but no privacy between sites. The composting toilet was a nice touch. Loads of mosquitos, but to be expected for June. This is a lamb farm, so it felt uncomfortable being near playing lambs knowing that they won't be around for long. Some people who are sensitive to this may not appreciate their stay. Host was friendly.
