Village Hub Farm Campground Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. Our address is 1945 Otter Lake Cross Road, Armstrong. It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled! We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life. Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season. Our campground features include: Four forested sites with fire pits and picnic tables. Fires not permitted during fire bans. Tent or RV (up to 20 feet or so) camping Potable water from utility shed Portable toilet facility No power hookups No sani-dump Firewood available for extra cost but there is a lot of fallen dead wood in the forest area if you want to pick it up. No live tree or branch cutting permitter. Fun things to do nearby: Water Slides – 10 minutes Kal Beach – 25 minutes Powerhouse Beach on Shuswap River in Enderby - 20 minutes Hiking, road and mountain biking Boating, paddle boarding, swimming Floating down Shuswap River Enderby, Armstrong and Vernon Farmer’s Markets Farm tours, winery tours, bike tours Fishing Paintball And so much more Pets are welcome but must be on a leash, and under control at all time. Drugs and marijuana strictly prohibited on the property at all times. No fireworks.

Super lovely spot to camp, tons of birds in the meadow singing every morning. The camping is simple yet spacious and tidy. Lovely owners, very helpful and accommodating.

Peaceful Oasis

This location was perfect, close enough to town for anything you may need, but far enough that you felt like you were off the beaten path. We had a lovely chat with one of the hosts Marek who made us feel very welcome. The view was beautiful and the campsite was clean and as advertised. I would highly recommend staying here!

Site 4 - Yellow picnic table

We have a 33' 5th Wheel, which possed a problem getting in and out of the Yellow site, if known we should have picked say the first one, blue table I think. Other than that it was very very quitee, with lots of birds and frogs so fall asleep to, thanks.

Loved camping in the serenity of the field! Great land , tons of wild life and birds singing. Would recommend camping here! Ps. Bring some mosquito repellent to make it even more enjoyable!

Serene camping near vernon.

Super friendly, relaxed host. Large private site with shade. Washroom portable cleanest ive ever seen. Garbage and recycling provided near camp. So much more relaxing than prov park camping. Serene expansive field view. Go to the wonderful armstrong farmers market!
