This is open land with ocean frontage in the small, quiet village of Frenchman’s Cove in Newfoundland. It is walking distance to a Provincial Park and Grande Meadows golf course. The area is known for good lobster fishing. Not far down the road is a ferry to the small French islands of St Pierre and Miquelon (no, not French Canadian, but actually the last wholly French-controlled islands in North America).
