Private and secluded yet in the center Nova Scotia's best day trips and adventures! 5 minute drive to Bayswayer Beach 10 minutes to Meisners Beach 10 minutes to the Rails-to-Trails network 20 minute to the historic village of Chester and Nova Scotia’s Oldest Pub 20 minutes to the Aspatogan Ridge Golf course. 30 minutes to the "Three Churches" of Mahome Bay 45 minutes to Lunenburg - a UNESCO world Heritage site. 60 minutes to Peggy's Cove Lighthouse 60 minutes to lively downtown Halifax 60 minutes from the orchards and vineyards of Annapolis Valley 60 minutes from the airport. 90 minutes to Kejimkujik National Park You'll never run out of things to do. If you return by sunset, you'll enjoy the view!Welcome to New Harbour Hill! Pitch your tent at the top of the hill on the north side of the property for a commanding view of the bay. The sunset is spectacular most evenings. I suggest you tie down your tent as it may get windy. Please park in the gravel area if available. Overflow parking on the grass is okay. Please note there is ongoing construction of 2 cabins taking place on the southeast corner of the property. Loud construction noise will stop when guests are present, just please excuse the mess. Enjoy your stay!

We loved camping on Jefferson's land. The view is amazing, the land is gorgeous. Jefferson was at the ready with communication! It is peaceful and quiet with a big star filled sky.

The view to the west was spectacular. Sunset over the bay. A herd of deer that greeted me in the morning.

What a beautiful view! Even though the site wasn’t supposed to be open (there was a problem with the app that made it possible for us to book it), the owner was super accommodating to us, and our stay was 10/10.
