Site B: Hill
Lovely Private Campsite
Thank you so much for a great weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very private with a gorgeous view. Be advised it is quite the hike to the spot so pack lightly and bring good shoes. My husband also enjoyed the beer available on site. We can’t wait to return!

Site A: The pond
Brewcamping!
I can't say enough great things about Andre and the camp site at Cartwright Springs. Even though there are several sites, this site was quite private and overlooking the pond. There is firewood for purchase and BBQ on the days the brewery is open - I will definitely take advantage on my next visit now I'm in the know. Great beers and Andre is a personable and excellent host. Can't wait to go back.

Great place to stay!
What a great camping venue. A great camp site! Even where you can locate the tent, it was well prepared with small wood chips to make the site nicer and level. The site was very large, featuring 2 huge hand crafted picinic tables made out of logs. 2 tarped areas, which came in handy since it rained. The site had a horseshoe pit. Another great benefit is that there is a craft brewery on site (Cartwright Brewery) and after a long bike ride to the site, having a great maple port was quite a reward. Also, there was a selection of pocket dinners that we ate, so we didn't have to make our dinner:-). But the greatest aspect was Andre, the owner of Cartwright a very friendly and warm person who made our stay extremely enjoyable. The only downside is we were only at Cartwright for one day.

Site B: Hill
100% would recommend, I stayed on site B (Hill), had a beautiful view, was absolutely private, and the owner was amazing to deal with. only 50 minutes from Ottawa, easy to get to and from.

Birthday beer weekend.
What a great experience. Andre was so nice and the brewery is amazing. We got there a little late but Andre showed up to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. Although I’m not a beer drinker my husband is and he really enjoyed the Ginger Ale beer on tap that we even brought some home. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go again in the future.
