Enjoy 50 acres with walking/mountain bike trail, featuring pond with large waterfall, fire pit with wood supplied, several different sitting areas, totally surrounded by bush and farmland. 15 minutes away from historical Port Perry and Bowmanville, Enniskillen, etc. Enjoy the peace full serenity of the country.Enjoy your own picnic table and deck 200 feet from the main house for total privacy. Sleep at night to the soothing sound of frogs, tree toads and other wildlife after enjoying the 1.5km hiking trail. The spot is cool on summer nights, air con won't be required. 1 wheelbarrow Firewood is supplied for those old fashioned marsh mellow roastings etc More can be purchased. Pets welcome. Just a note since the first two campers were here we have planted trees, added toilet facilities a heated shower and generally spruced up the site.

Country Retreat

A lovely, private camping pitch.

A lovely quiet camp. The pitch is really private from the hosts house. There is a great outdoor shower. Our only regret was that we had to leave so early to get our RV back to Toronto so didn’t get to stay and enjoy it as long as we would have liked.

Hot Outdoor Shower

Had a great stay at this site for a couple nights for my sons Hockey Tournament in the area. The hot water on demand outdoor shower was amazing to start the day.

Country Retreat

Bill was a warm inviting host who showed us around when we arrived. The place was awesome and quiet with only the sound of birds and frogs. The shower was really neat and water hot. A perfect place to unwind or a nice spot to stop when passing through. We definitely hope to return.

Super Campsite

Super campsite that is very quiet, private and peaceful. Bill has designed and provided a great campsite complete with a spacious parking area for all types of camping, basic power and potable water, fantastic outdoor shower, composting toilet, table, deck sitting area with pond and a campfire ring with fire wood. Bill was available on arrival to insure we got set up and made sure we were comfortable.

Country Retreat

Bills land was great. A secluded section behind some trees gave privacy. Power and water was provided and the hot outdoor shower was excellent. The toilet was great.
