17 acres of property with a mix of cleared and brush land. Dry land with outhouse located beside camping area. Train runs beside property but is generally pretty quiet (no horns). If you’re looking for a spot to overnight on your trip across Ontario, this is it! Private, rarely used and well taken care of. Note that there is a cabin on the property that is not available for use and locked.Ideal place if you're just looking for somewhere to pitch a tent or trailer for a night! Our forest-surrounded field allows for lots of camping room, easy drive-in access (access road is gravel and not well-suited to RVs). We have one of the nicest-looking outhouses you'll see, and a comfy fire pit area for your use beside the rustic cabin (cabin is not occupied, but not for guest use). You may hear a rumble from the nearby train tracks occasionally in the night, but it's a comfortable spot with lots of open sky to lie back and stargaze!
