RV Adventure
Gerry has a beautiful property and Gerry is a great guy.
The listing for the site showed RV travel trailer BUT this is not the case. Apparently there is an issue with the New App Upgrade which caused this problem.
We tried to access the site upon our arrival only to get stuck at the entrance as there was not enough room for our trailer, Gerry was excellent in helping us by cutting tree limbs and pulling us with his tractor.
After an hour or two we got the truck and trailer out of that section and Gerry took us over to another part of his land which would accommodate our trailer.
This is the Grave yard site. It is a great open site with tons of room.
It felt odd staying next to the grave yard but after the long drive and the couple of hours after arriving we decided to stay the night...
Gerry was great and gave us free firewood as a sort of compensation.
The grave site had many visitors paying their respects and I think many of them thought it was odd to see us camping there.
We toured the most of the sites and if you are a tent camper this site is for you, it has dozens of sites that are amazing for tent camping.
If you have an RV the only site would be the grave yard, pop up's may fit the other sections but not with a full size truck
Gerry plans on expanding and adding RV sites farther in away from the grave yard, when this expansion is complete we will visit again.
I hope Hipcamp corrects the listing so others don't end up like us.

Wonderful host, beautiful sites!
Hipcamp gave us slightly wrong coordinates but the host Gerry was great and came out to find us and show us the grounds! The woods and river are beautiful, and the bedrock is an amazing and peaceful spot. We were the only ones there for the night and got to pick our favourite site, highly recommend the hilltop site where the rivers meet (4 I think). This spot had a nice fire pit, a large area for tent setup, and two picnic tables. Saw herons, swallows, wild turkeys. We love this site and will definitely be back soon!

Amazing Fall camping experience
We stayed here for a fall camp this past week and had an incredible time. Gerry met us as we arrived, showed us all the sites and let us choose our favourite. It was along the river with a beautiful view and drive up access.
He lit tiki torches and lamps all through our site and brought us wood we purchased right up to the fire. The property was lit with beautiful solar lights which was quite magical at night.
Gerry is super passionate about what he does there and I would highly recommend checking out the space. Will likely be back.
