Thank you for checking out our page. We are fun and outgoing pet friendly owners that have a few perfect spaces for you to rent by the day, week or month. Properly has water, power and sewer access. Tenting welcome but spots are best for trailers due to the washroom access. Lake is a three minute walk but you can hear the water crash on the beach on most nights. If you love birds we have a ton around.... Many sports equipment to use like baseball and gloves, Frisbee no extra charge and free firewood to use but bring an axe. There is free water hook up Hydro, Paddle boards, jackets and bicycles you will have access to use. for $10 extra The sunsets are spectacular. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

R&R at Lakehouse Retreat!

Hi all, this review will be very easy to write, quite simply because it was GREAT! The site was big, private, peaceful. Lakehouse Retreat is close to the beach, literally a 5 minute walk. Shawn and his family were very welcoming. Firewood was provided ( a great service) and the grounds were perfectly kept. We felt that thought had gone into making our stay a positive one. So nice. A dark, peaceful sleep. Woke up to the sounds of so many birds. Took a drive into Kincardine for an ice cream cone. We would go back in a heartbeat but would love to stay longer. Sincere thanks to Shawn and family for a great weekend!

Lake House Retreat

Our stay with our tent on Shawn's land has been great. we were able to sleep well knowing that a washroom is easily accessible. The option of having internet was also cool because we got to watch a movie before going to sleep. Paddle board rental is also a catch when we booked his place. The lake is short distance walk from their place which was very private. It was a good experience. Oh, and the free firewood, is a bonus too! Shawn even offered to check in early and leave late and if it rains, there is a place we can stay. Thank you Shawn!

Lake House Retreat

Great Retreat from the City!

It was a wonderful private retreat. Shawn had a nice lot where you could put up your tent or park your RV. He had a large amount of firewood we could use for our camp fires. Access to bathroom facilities and also water close to beaches . Shawn is friendly and a great host. His dog Esteria she is very friendly. Highly recommend Lake House retreat. Francois and Petronella. Campers.
